Tutera offers specialty programs in the post-acute setting by providing tailored and focused care to individuals who have specific medical conditions or needs. These programs are designed to address the unique challenges and requirements of patients with complex or chronic conditions helping them achieve optimal health outcomes and improve their overall quality of life. Our team is comprised of healthcare professionals with specialized training experience to work closely with patients and partner with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a higher level of knowledge and skill in managing specific conditions.
Lotus Rapid Recovery & Rehabilitation is a goal-oriented program designed to help you holistically heal and return home following a recent hospitalization. Supported by 24-hour sub-acute care, we combine coordinated health services with progressive wellness programming to secure a swift and successful recovery for our residents.
Thrive in the Courtyard elevates daily living. For those with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, the Thrive in the Courtyard program honors each individual with unique opportunities to engage and feel personal contentment. With a curriculum affirmed by the Alzheimer's Association, our team members are thoroughly trained to make a positive difference. This specialized memory care program incorporates residents' past experiences, physical skills, current interests and hobbies into activities that deliver a meaningful, more satisfying daily life.
This on-site mental health support and counseling management program provides education and evaluates the intricacies of mental health, including underlying causes of the behaviors, non-pharmaceutical interventions, medications and customized engagement plans. Patients will come to expect an empathetic approach to maximize their independence and well-being. Committed to providing the highest-quality skilled nursing and therapy, we want to ensure the best behavior outcomes.
At every level of living - from independent living to long-term care - we get to know our residents through their YOUNITE story, a life history survey that highlights their special moments, daily routine, friends, family, food preferences, hobbies and interests. From this, we create a uniquely relevant experience wrapped around a personal plan of care and life enrichment program. YOUNITE thoroughly connects residents with team members dedicated to meeting their needs.
