Continue Your Education:

Consider pursuing a master’s degree and obtaining specialized certifications

Obtain Long-Term Care Administrator Certification:

In most states, this requires passing an exam, holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and having years of supervisory experience in a health care setting

Start Working as a Long-Term Care Administrator:
